A little about me.....
My Web Site is titled URNSerenity
( You Are In Serenity )
I call myself the SerenitySeeker as I have had a tough time the last 4 1/2 years redefining myself.
I lost my only child, Robby to Bone Cancer on September 19,1996. My life was forever changed!
It has been an uphill struggle since then to heal and rediscover just who I am and where I'm going.
I am not or ever will be the same person again.
My outlook on life and priorities
Are forever altered.
So the search for Peace & Serenity continues.
As any mother knows when faced with such anguish & grief, you ask yourself  "Why Am I still here ? "
" How could I possibly outlive my child ? "
And the guilt of "still living"  can be a heavy load.
With the help & support of my Husband, Close Friends, Family, & a Very Special Dog 
named Zoomie,
I am slowing starting to live again. Creating a web site For Robby Has helped so much. The contact and support it has brought with other mothers suffering the same loss has been a real comfort. I look forward to each email, as if by trying to comfort others I too find solace. I also, began writing poetry that you can read on some my other pages. 
My interest in web graphics continues to grow & I so love meeting new people on the internet.


I have a passionate love of animals!!

I miss my Sweet Baby Zoom.
She was an American Pitbull Terrier. 
She was 3 yrs. old and passed away August 30, 1999, After a month long bout with seizures.
Zoomie saved my sanity after I lost Robby.
 She was my ~ Guardian Angel ~
She was born a few months before my son
was diagnosed with cancer and I know she was 
 Sent to me from Heaven.
This dog seemed to read my very thoughts,
feel my grief, and she never left my side.
. Oh, what a comfort she was to me!!!
Whenever I thought I could not go on,
she was always there...
She kept me anchored.
I know she felt her work here on earth was done
& is now with Robby in heaven.

As you can see She is really quite spoiled!!
Precious will be 8 yrs. old Thanksgiving Day 2000

I have many more interests including reading
gardening, computer games, crossword puzzles,
and more......
My passion is collecting Angels
